The three different kinds of Gnomes from my Ages Trilogy.

And in the spirit of this piece - [link] , here's some information about them and what they can do, going from left to right:

:bulletgreen: Sereptan :bulletgreen: Example - Majestine Sera (their queen, but they don't use that word)

Sereptan Gnomes have what is considered traditional Gnomish magic - they can shape the earth, both soil and rock, and through physical contact with it, can tell what properties are in any rock or soil.

:bulletgreen: Konalen :bulletgreen: Example - Prince Amiri

Konalen Gnomes have a more focused version of traditional Gnomish magic - instead of being able to shape earth, they can shape gems (both precious and semi-precious). Also, through physical contact, they can tell what kind and how many gems lay hidden in soil or rock. Konalen Gnomes were also originally Sereptan Gnomes, but when their magic became more focused, they moved to another continent that had more gems in its soil.

:bulletgreen: Mountain Gnomes :bulletgreen: Example - Cheif Neferkare (who will eventually be renamed)

Mountain Gnomes were also originally Sereptan Gnomes, but rejected their traditional magic. They thought it was too manipulative of the earth, too dominant, so they abandoned the Sereptan ways and moved to the mountains across the continent. As more of them did this, their magic also changed. Now, through physical contact, they can project their consciousness through any type of earth, using it to travel long distances to relay messages, see what is going on far away, spy, etc. Their body remains wherever they left it, and their spirit must always remain in contact with the earth. If it separates from it, their body will immediately perish.

All Gnomes are short, around 3 feet tall, and come in all body shapes (though Sereptan Gnomes have a tendency to be plump). They all have grey eyes. Sereptans have hair color ranging from black to brown, Konalens from brown to blonde, and Mountain Gnomes from brown to red. Finally, Konalen Gnomes have slightly longer ears than both Sereptan and Mountain Gnomes.

Sooo yeah. Huzzah for Gnomes as usual

You really thought it out. The info sounds interesting and the pic is nice. Is any of the trilogy written anywhere?

Thanks!

And no ^^; I just have notes and drawings about it. I plan on one day turning it into a comic.

Thanks! I'll be posting information here as soon as it gets to that stage, though I don't know how far off that will be.

True, but its nothing compared to the whole story. I meant more like I'll post information on the production of the comic once it gets near to being started.
