Drawn after seeing "The Dark Knight." I was very impressed by the movie, but sad that there was no Harley. So musing about that, some Harley/Ivy fluff came out on my page I'm actually pretty proud of this one, but had difficulty with the scan. Meh.
Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy (C) DC comics
EDIT I rescanned the picture, having to play with certain levels of brightness and contrast and all that, because it REALLY bothered me that Harley's skin tone looked horrible. This is a bit better, I think, though I can't get the lines to look as black as they really are. Mleh.
EDIT 2 I played some more with the brightness and contrast, because it still looked off to me. More on why in my journal later.
Oh, this is lovely. Ivy looks particularly gorgeous, and I love the way you've framed it with symbolic items. The diamond on Harley's cheek is a nice little addition, also.
Thanks very much! I pride myself on drawing women who look like they have the space for all their organs. And they are so totally right for each other ^o^

You are most welcome! (I learned from a young age that real women have curves and was rather disturbed by Barbies.)
Yeah, Harley and Ivy are totally meant for each other, because Batman and the Joker are too busy pretending not to be in love with each other when they really are ...

I actually pay very little attention to the Joker, since he treats Harley badly, and most of my interest in the series is Harley-and-Ivy-based. So my observation of the banter/antics between Batman and the Joker is pretty much nonexistent. Much watch for this subtext now, though.
