For the 100 Themes Challenge, number 1 - "Introduction."
I actually had a lot of trouble figuring out what I was going to do for this one, as simple a prompt as it is. But then, a few months ago, I was having a fangirly moment about Xavin and Karolina (shocker there) and I came up with this odd Alternate-Universe scenario for them:
Karolina's parents are never exiled, and she grows up on Majesdane. Thus, the Skrulls never find it to attack. However, Xavin - who has grown up with a female gender the whole time - finds it by accident. She goes there alone, and meets Karolina before any other Majesdanian. They fall in love and the war is avoided through their marriage right away even though Xavin's parents want to conquer it. Xavin becomes diplomat, they both become Queens of both worlds, and live happily ever after.
So, in that situation, this is the first time they meet each other My favorite part of this is the lighting on Xavin's face. Note my new avatar
Aww, thanks! I'm still pretty fond of it too (and not just cause its one of my fav Marvel couples - I actually acknowledge that I did good with this one).

This needs to be canon in some What If comic.
And 100% of the time female Xavin needs to be canon period.
The lighting is lovely! It has soft-glowy feel.
